Regency Plaza Aqua Park and Spa Resort

We really liked the garden of the resort and the embankment with palm trees that connects the resort to the neighboring resorts (so we could also look into the neighbor's yard :)). Beautiful beach, with sand and enough sunbeds, a pontoon from which you could snorkel. The room was on the ground floor, with a nice terrace overlooking the garden, spacious enough. Cleanliness was not my strong point, but we survived :). The food was ok, you had plenty to choose from, you weren't starving. A plus for a la carte restaurants (Fish market, Oriental and Italian), you can book from the app for the next day (lunch or dinner). The resort has a very good application, where you can find out a lot of information. Very nice aqua park, both for kids and big kids/adults. It was also very good to have the transport from the airport included in the price, the driver waited for us at the airport exit, even if the plane arrived late at night and was delayed. You must go to see at least one sunrise on the beach. We think it was a good choice, we recommend it to the unpretentious. We would return.

We stayed for a week at regency plaza hotel. I did late checkout via booking.com for one night as my flight was very late. Staff were good and let me keep my original room. The staff were amazing, and room service was on point. Staff are very helpful. Maher shahin was amazing by the pool with my kids. The hotel is a bit further away from soho Square and nama bay. Inside the hotel there is a taxi service run by ismaeel he was very helpful. So many pools and slides to keep kids entertained.

I loved the place, and the staff are extremely friendly, it was clean and comfy, and you have easy access to everything, Ms. Rowan kept checking on us and if we needed anything and everyone was in great help, the chefs are very friendly and always smiling and that was great and the food was nice as well. The excretion team also was so helpful and helped us book all our outside trips easily and took great care of us as well. kids had sooo much fun at the Aqua park and enjoyed the entertainment activities everyday. It was an extremely pleasurable stay and we would definitely come back again. Thank you everyone

Nice hotel and awesome staff. If i had listened to the negative reviews about the hotel i would've missed on a great vacation surrounded with very friendly staff, the hotel is massive and full of green areas and palm trees, few decent sized swimming pools, quite a few restaurants, good quality snacks (Burgers, Pastas, Shawerma & Pizzas ) beach is quite nice and relaxing but if you into snorkelling you would have to swim to the hotel next door, Staff is very friendly and would do anything they can to help you resolve whatever issues you might face, Rawan, Anna and David from the reception - Ali, Ahmed and Mohamed from the Reception Bar - and from the Restaurant staff Emad and Abd El Latif from the Beach Restaurant they're absolutely amazing and helpful. The best thing about it that everyone is helping and they don't expect anything in return which is awesome as you don't feel pressured to give anyone anything. The Aqua Park isn't big but still nice and enjoyable. Overall the hotel is very nice and i would recommend it to anyone. Ah Forgot the part about the food in the main courses i thought it was repetitive but with the good snacks and what they have on the menu we eventually found something good to eat whenever we got hungry.
